GENERAL INFO

The first thing to know about our process is that we print SILKSCREEN vinyl stickers. We do not print flexo or digital vinyl stickers.
There is an enormous difference in quality. The main difference is that Screen-Printed ink is generally 10X-20X thicker than Flexo inks.
That mixed with a U.V. overcoat ensures that these stickers have a 3-5 year effective capability. Our stickers are weather proof... The kind you see stuck
to a ski-lift and 10 years later, they're still shining in all their glory. We are robots. Our sticker are superior robot quality.

Most sticker companies offer pre-sized stickers with pre-sized die cuts and charge extra money for each additional color. Often times there are hidden set up costs (i.e. screen fees and color separation). Generally, 1000 full color 2.75" X 2.75" vinyl stickers will cost upwards of $400 - $500.
Since our CMYK process stickers are run together on "gang runs" we are able to offer the same sized high quality sticker for $160. Also,
we can print any size and any shape, (within reason.) We were unable to find a better deal anywhere. If you can find cheaper full color vinyl SILKSCREEN
stickers elsewhere, you win.
ABOUT OUR STICKERS

All of our stickers are made of 100% industrial strength caliber vinyl with an aggressive permanent adhesive. We can easily create any shape custom die cuts.
All of our stickers are waterproof, weatherproof and fade proof. Before the stickers are cut, we add a clear, gloss 100% UV coating.
Our stickers have a 5 year effective capability against any weather, fading, etc. Our stickers are of an extremly high quality.
While prices can sometimes be cheaper for indoor products, such as flexi or label rolls, the quality can't be compared.
In Robot terminology, we are talking about the difference between nuts and bolts.

PANTONE VS. CMYK

We print CMYK silkscreen vinyl stickers. The prices quoted on the site reflect our CMYK gang run process.
With any CMYK silkscreening, we are working with process color, so there can be very minor resulting streaks and dots.
The subtle dithering is entirely due to the CMYK process. It can be more noticeable with certain colors than others. In order
to get a large area of solid color, it is necessary to do a custom pantone run with chosen spot PMS colors.
If exact color reproduction is important to your sticker design, CMYK process stickers are not recommended. You will need a pantone run.
We do offer pantone runs, but the cost is considerably higher Generally 4-5X the cost, depending on the quantity, as the customer incurs the film, screen and setup costs. This option is only available for custom runs over 10,000.
We offer a $500 per color pantone overcoat on the gang runs if you'd like that option.
GANG-RUN means that we gang a lot of different designs together, each with their own color requirements. This is an excellent way
to get full color stickers at an insanely cheap price.
What we print is what is the best overall solution for all the customers on the sheet. Colors of a light shade that use
small quantities of all 4 process colors are the hardest to balance. Bear this in mind when designing your sticker. Generally, CMKY values under 10 are lost in the screen - they should be kept either 0 or 10.
